My parents went from being independent in their own home to needing assisted living in a matter of days due to illness. Jean goes above and beyond to make sure the transition goes well, from start to end. Though Jean continues to stop in and visits with her. She met with my mom and our family a number of times building a relationship. She didn’t push any one place for my mom. She emphasized to get a place that fits my mom. She also had connections to help move her in with a smooth transition with Jean also helping us move and set up. My mom trusted Jeans opinions. She is a true professional with a positive personality.
