As soon as i walked into Royal Floors i knew they were the people for the job. Wali pulled up the floor plan in my apartment and straight away told me what I needed and how much.I had a very problematic floor that needed levelling and grounding of concrete. I didn't know this until I set out to do the floor myself and unearthed all the problems after removing old thin vinyl floors and tiles.Wali and the team came in to inspect the floor and told me it was going to be a lot of work but that he was going to try his very best to get the result that I wanted and that he wasn't going to walk away without me being happy. I wanted the same floor in the entire house but the kitchen looked like it was going to be higher than the rest of the floor due to old concrete that needed to be grinded down.I was notified about all of the upfront costs. It wasn't cheap but there were no surprises.The team worked tirelessly to achieve exactly what I wanted. I was so so happy with the end result. My floor is absolutely beautiful and makes the house look so much bigger and lighter.Wali, Tara at the shop and his installation team were absolutely wonderful to deal with through the whole process. They are the absolute experts. I'm so glad I listened to Tara when she told me to take the floor sample board home to see if I would like it. I ended up choosing Raw Blackbutt vinyl planks. It makes a huge difference to see the sample in your home as opposed to the shop.If you want to be looked after and have a a job done well, these are the people to do your floors. Thankyou so much. I absolutely love my floor.
