Please do not waste your time at this medical clinic. I have been waiting three weeks to talk to John G. Tsibu, NP about my labs. I have left two different messages with his secretary and no one has called back. His bedside manners are terrible. He come into the room and he is trying to rush you through the visit. If I could give zero stars I would.

I had a really great experience at this office. The doctor was kind, gracious, and very patient. I was running late for my appointment and he still took the time to fit me in, which I truly appreciated. The staff was also amazing — everyone was friendly, helpful, and made the visit very comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this office to any of my family and close friends.

John Tsibu was amazing, he listened to my concerns and how they impacted my job and personal life from my C&P exam and had already reviewed my file before I arrived. He also was very educational on how the process works. I would highly recommend him for help in your VA claim process.
