Nick completed a timber pest inspection for a property I was considering purchasing. Inscope Property Inspections was the chosen provider of the pest component of a building & Pest inspection I organised through another service provider. The booking process was smooth overall, the other provider I utilised for the building inspection, organised the pest inspection with Nick and the vendor's agent directly. The pest inspection occurred on the same morning as the building inspection with my other provider.Nick provided a copy of the timber pest inspection the next business day; the report provided images and detailed the examinations Nick had done whilst at the property.Thanks.

Nick was very prompt in doing my pre purchase inspection, and very prompt in supplying a very comprehensive report, a report that has given me confidence that I'm purchasing a sound property. Nick also followed up with an email asking if anything in the report needed clarification. I have no hesitation in recommending his services.

We engaged Nick to carry out building and pest inspections for two properties, and we were very impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. He uses the right tools and techniques to identify issues such as water leaks and uneven flooring that may not be visible during a normal inspection. He also identified a crack on the external wall that we had completely missed during our own visual inspection. His reports were clear, detailed, and easy to understand. Most importantly, he was always approachable and readily available to answer our questions even after the inspection was completed.Nick is highly knowledgeable, reliable, and definitely the go-to person for anyone looking for a thorough building inspection service. Highly recommended!

We recently had an inspection carried out by Nick from Inscope, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. We were on a tight timeline to submit an offer, but Nick delivered the report promptly, giving us enough time to review everything thoroughly. He even made himself available on a Sunday afternoon to walk us through the findings, which we really appreciated.Nick suggested we obtain a stormwater assessment based on what he observed. His instinct proved to be absolutely correct—there were significant issues that we wouldn’t have identified on our own. Thanks to his expertise and attention to detail, we avoided purchasing a property with problems that would have been beyond our ability to manage. It’s also worth mentioning that the online portal is user-friendly and easy to navigate, making the entire process smooth and efficient.

Nick the building inspector has been absolutely outstanding. After he inspected my first property, I didn’t even consider using anyone else—I kept going back to him for every purchase after that. He has now inspected more than five properties for me, including my own new home and several for my brothers and their in-laws before they bought their houses. What really sets Nick apart is his honesty, attention to detail, and professionalism. He checks everything thoroughly—from the roof down to the smallest details—and takes the time to make sure nothing is missed. Even the real estate agent commented on how detailed and careful he was during the inspection. He’s also incredibly efficient and easy to deal with. Booking inspections is always quick, and his reports are clear and delivered promptly. What I appreciated most is that he doesn’t just send the report and disappear—he follows up afterward to make sure we understand everything and to answer any questions we might have.I highly recommend Nick to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and thorough building inspector

We recently used Nick for a pre-purchase home and pest inspection and couldn’t be happier with the experience. He’s a registered builder, which made a huge difference. He picked up on a lot of non-compliance issues that other inspectors we’ve used in the past completely missed (including some fairly major defects) which gave us a lot of confidence. The report was very thorough and detailed, and really allowed us to understand the property. He also made himself available to talk through the findings and explain everything clearly, which we really appreciated. On top of that, he was able to carry out the inspection within 24 hours of us reaching out, which was a massive help given tight timelines.Overall, very professional, thorough, and reliable. Would absolutely use him again and highly recommend.

Very professional and thorough.Highly recommend to anyone needing a building and pest inspection!!
