KONOTA Mobile Dog Grooming - Middletown NJ, came to my house for what should have been a routine groom, and instead I was horrified when they were finished.Not only does the haircut look absolutely butchered -– choppy, uneven, and nothing like what I asked for – but my poor dog was actually injured.I found a deep cut on his skin that the groomer didn’t even bother to mention. My dog has been in clear distress ever since. It is completely unacceptable to return a pet in this condition and even worse without a single word of explanation.If you care about your dog’s safety and well-being, stay far away from KONOTA Mobile Dog Grooming - Middletown NJ. They are reckless and unprofessional. I will be taking my dog to the vet to make sure the wound is treated properly. This has truly been a complete nightmare.Pictures 1 is my dog last year after a good grooming experience by someone else for reference — this is what I expected. But pictures 2, 3 & 4 are after KONOTA’s cut and injuries they caused!

I previously used a mobile grooming service and Kontota is the best of the best! Our girl came back completely dry, no wet dog smell, her nails were the best they were ever done and she came back in from service super happy and not even a little bit anxious. So glad we found you guys! We were so happy we booked 3 weeks out for a return!
