From the moment Cristian came out to do a walkthrough of my attic and crawlspace, he was on time, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to show me photos and thoroughly explain his findings and recommendations. I originally called Rainier to inspect the crawlspace due to rodent activity, but I’m so glad he also checked the attic while he was there. He discovered a bird nest, low insulation and vent flaws that I wouldn’t have known about otherwise.In my crawlspace they replaced all of my heat ducts and did a thorough crawlspace cleaning, which made a huge difference. His crew was just as impressive. Super professional and truly went above and beyond with their attention to detail, making sure every crawlspace opening was properly sealed. I was also very impressed with the brand-new crawlspace door they custom built for me. It feels solid, secure, and perfectly fitted.Seeing the before and after photos made me incredibly happy, and I’ll definitely be sharing some photos. They completed what felt like a tough, messy job with great care and quality.I’m truly grateful to have hired such a reliable, trustworthy, and transparent company. I’ve worked with lots of contractors in the past and they’re definitely on the top of my list to refer to all family and friends. Thanks to their work, I now have real peace of mind in my home. Highly recommend! I will be using them again for sure.

Christian and his team were amazing redoing our crawl space and adding a sump pump. From the initial inspection, very reasonably priced!! And coming out to start the work. Everyone was so polite and professional. They communicated everything they were going to do, took pictures to show us what they saw , walked us through the steps they will take to get everything we needed covered. When they noticed additional issues that were uncovered during the old insulation removal they notified us right away with pictures, recommendation and a quote (we asked for)since the work was outside of the original scoop. Of course we asked them to do the additional work since they were already under the house. They worked quick, efficiently and everything looks amazing. I would highly recommend them for any insulation needs. I will be definitely calling on them for future work on our home!

Building 3 little houses was a NIGHTMARE in Lakewood, with the single exception of this company. Christian was super patient with the %€?++ permit process and I can’t thank them enough. If I ever had another child, boy or girl, I’d name the kid Rainier Insulation as an everlasting token of my appreciation. You guys rock!!

Rainier did an excellent job, they diagnosed ventilation issues in the attic, cut new vents, removed the old insulation, aired the place out, sealed air gaps, treated mold growth and brought the house up to code. The house feels more comfortable already and less smelly. I’m glad I went with my friends referral of you.
