Jennifer is a ROCK STAR! She went above and beyond my expectations. She even shared her location, so I could track her progress! We were in constant communication throughout the entire process. My only regret is not meeting her in person to thank her for a job well done. Atta girl!

MVB Transport was great! Marcel was very communicative, worked with me when my post-surgery time changed, and kept me updated on who my transport driver would be. My driver, Steven, was very kind and helpful. His vehicle was clean and well taken care of and he drove carefully on roads that were still covered in ice and snow in some areas after a winter storm. It was a professional and friendly experience! I have a follow-up appointment in a couple of weeks and will definitely use them again.

I highly recommend this service. I called and requested same day service and not only was the driver able to provide same day service they were also able to provide it within a couple of hours. This was extremely comforting as it was transport for a parent and I am out of town. I also spoke with the driver / owner after the ride and she provided excellent feedback on my dad, Oh I almost forgot I spoke with her while my dad was in the car which meant I could speak with him as well. Excellent experience.
