I switched from another place 3 years ago. I love this office. The front desk folks and the people who answer the phone are so very friendly. We haven't had any issues and anytime we have had questions on our taxes they are timely to get back to us. I love their portal, makes it super easy to view and retrieve documents and to send messages.I always refer people to Ann Hartz CPA best in town!

I've been a long time client of Ann Hartz. I've tried other CPAs in the distant past and won't ever leave Ann. I love the informational emails she sends out...professional and informative concerning recent specific tax changes, helpful directions on taxes, links to helpful articles, and her staff is soooo responsive. Unlike other professionals, I can email her and get a response the same day or sometimes within hours.
