These folks are the very BEST! Even before we got estimates sent to us, my wife and I knew we were going to select them. Cameron came to look at the glass opening (16 feet by 7 feet) we wanted covered by shutters. He showed us samples of his products and explained how these would be installed and move across the opening. When he left we knew we wanted him to install his products. The other potential contractors could not come close to providing good answers to our questions or even if they could cover that size opening.Cameron and Sam did our install. These 2 guys are the kind of people you want doing work for you. They did not slowdown during the entire 4 1/2 hour task. Constantly moving and checking things very closely to ensure everything fit perfect. If one of them thought something did look exactly right, they did what was necessary to make it perfect.If I ever need more shutters in the future, I won't ask for estimates. I will just call Cameron. His bid wasn't the highest or the lowest. And I am sure his work is the VERY BEST.

Mill Creek Shutters are incredible to work with! They have installed 9 sets of shutters so far throughout my house. A few years after installation my 5 year old slammed one and broke some pegs on one set. Dale reached out and set up a time to come and fix them. His communication was excellent from setting up the appointment to completion of the repair.. and everything was covered under warranty! Chris did a great job correcting our shutters so we could open our windows for fresh air. Unfortunately the original installer put the shutter up not taking into consideration that our bed stuck out on each side blocking access to the shutters. I highly recommend Shutter Crafts. They built and installed our custom shutters in 2001, and the shutters still look like new. Recently, after 20 years, some of the small magnet pieces had started to break so I called to see if I could buy replacements. No, I couldn’t- instead they came to my home and replaced the broken pieces at no charge. The shutters have a lifetime warranty and Shutter Crafts fully backs their product! I am so impressed with this outstanding business and their service department.
