Mike was great! Booking was a breeze. My wife and I went to Majestic Mirage Costa Mujeres for 5 days. We asked for a corner room and he made it happen! A private transfer was included with the booking and we had a great experience with Lomas transfers. Great ride both directions and the cars were beautiful with cold AC! Started our vacation off with tequila shots on the way to Majestic 😊. Mike was always very responsive and answered questions right away. We had such a wonderful experience using Michael from Caballeros Vacations! He helped plan our 20th Wedding Anniversary trip and everything was perfect and exactly what we had hoped for! He even was able to secure the exact room and floor we requested with AMAZING Views. He was so patient even after we changed our plans 3 times, (yes I know we sound like nightmare customers LOL). There were so many circumstances involved and this was our first all inclusive but he helped us every step of the way. He was able to find us the BEST Pricing out there as well. I told him what we were looking for on our first all inclusive vacation to Mexico and he nailed it. We couldn’t have been happier with our vacation. Excellent travel services provided for six of us by Michael. Communication and responsiveness was great, flight, transfer and resort check in were all smooth and easy. Michael got us rooms all on the same floor, few doors away from each other. In speaking with other guests at the resort it was clear that our price for our package was much better than other guests. Overall, zero complaints, five stars! I liked him so much I sent my son and his fiance his way and they are booking their honeymoon through him!

Went on a girls vacation, coordinated by Michael. Everything was wonderful. He was able to get us rooms all on the same floor at the resort and the rooms were very close to each other. DO NOT SNOOZE ON CABALLEROS VACATIONbooked a trip with mike from Caballeros vacation. 3 days before the trip major storm announced for the same day as take off, call mike right away. Not only does mike save the trip, but he gets us two more days!!!mike recommended two resorts, which were perfect for what we asked for. He changed our flights, with perfect timing. Private shuttle were set up between airport and resorts as we as we from resort to resort.Mike and caballeros really went above and beyond!! I have used a few travel agents but this is the very best!!!The whole process was seamless and expedited and they make you feel like a VIP (without the super high price tag!)If you are booking vacations without Caballeros you are doing a disservice to you vocation!!
