Michael was a wonderful agent to work with on my son’s surprise proposal. I usually book my trips myself but decided to use an agent this time. He got us the best price and also looked to see if it had dropped during the few months before our trip and actually got us a cheaper rate! Cannot recommend Michael enough. He isn’t like other TA’s only looking to make money. He truly cares about you having the best vacation and will help in any way he can. I told him what we were looking for on our first all inclusive vacation to Mexico and he nailed it. We couldn’t have been happier with our vacation. He booked a package deal for us and saved us quite a bit of money. He also communicates every last detail and makes sure you know exactly what to expect. Will continue to recommend him and use him for our future travel.

Excellent travel services provided for six of us by Michael. Communication and responsiveness was great, flight, transfer and resort check in were all smooth and easy. Michael got us rooms all on the same floor, few doors away from each other. In speaking with other guests at the resort it was clear that our price for our package was much better than other guests. Overall, zero complaints, five stars! I liked him so much I sent my son and his fiance his way and they are booking their honeymoon through him!

Had an amazing time!! Michael took care of everything making sure our transfers went smoothly. He even checked in during the trip to make sure everything is going well. Definitely recommend him for another trip.

Went on a girls vacation, coordinated by Michael. Everything was wonderful. He was able to get us rooms all on the same floor at the resort and the rooms were very close to each other. He had transportation all set up for us and kept all lines of communication open at all times. What a GREAT experience! Would definitely go through Caballeros again and would encourage anyone else to give them a call as well!!
