If anyone looking for a great trainer check out Mick Bronson! I trained with Mick a few times at 360 Fitness and always loved his challenges. I started my program with Mick exclusively about 6 weeks ago, concentrating on mobility and strength. Awesome workouts. With this pandemic, it was a challenge since we couldn’t do one on ones, but his app for workouts is EXTREMELY easy to follow. I know I’m old school with technology, but this was so simple. With his app, I will be able to keep up with my program and fitness goals while I am working out of town.
Mick truly cares about his clients and is invested in helping me reach my goals, then exceed them! Highly recommend!

Mick is awesome. That’s all you need to know. He’s not in this for his benefit, it’s all about you and getting the most out of training and keeping fit and healthy and having fun in the process. You will be given the full attention of Mick, who in return will make sure you are doing everything correctly and safely. Yes he will work you hard but that’s what you need to grow and build strength. During the 3 month of coronavirus shut down of gyms Mick opened up his knowledge and time for a online FB challenge. It was a daunting prospect of 50 days doing 150reps, the calendar was big but it made the time pass, it kept me so accountable, it gave me huge incentive to do more than I would have, it’s made returning to the gym no where near as painful as it could have been and most importantly it kept me connected with people I didn’t know. If you are looking for something a little different because it actually meets your needs and wants this is where you stop looking. You won’t regret making this choice (you might just need to repeat those last 6 words a few times somedays🤣🤣) Thanks Mick I so appreciate everything.

I was invited to the 50/150 challange, and I'm so glad I joined! The group and Mick has been a big motivation for me. Some days it is hard to motivate when you have to workout alone(or if you are just tired after a long day), but since I've joined the group I felt that I had to push myself to have a picture or video to put out on Facebook. And because of this group, I have managed to do 150, or more, every day😊

I’ve been working with Mick for the last couple of months. I’ve done training in the past but this is my first foray into functional fitness and it’s been a great kickstart to get back into working out after an injury. I’ve learned a lot of new exercises working with Mick and appreciate his focus on proper form. The workouts are challenging but always tailored to me and my abilities. It’s been a great experience and a lot of fun working with Mick the last little while!

I worked with Mick while he was a trainer at 360. He has been absolutely instrumental in helping me to achieve my fitness goals. He has an excellent ability to keep the routine's fresh and very targeted at developing greater strength, mobility and overall fitness. Mick also approaches fitness as one piece of a larger puzzle, often times encouraging you to seek out solutions to mental blocks to success. I am very grateful for all of the amazing work Mick has done over the years with me, and have continued to work with many of the principals I learned from him.

I started working out with Mick almost two years ago. At the time I had a great dad bod going. After becoming a dad at almost 40, I realized maybe it would be cool to stick around for a bit longer. Naive, but full of trust in Mick I decided to give him a chance to help me turn my life around. Mick has done a great job of helping me out with both online and in person training.
