I can’t say enough good stuff about Melody. It was a rough transaction because of the buyers realtor was not fun to deal with and I wanted to forget the whole process and was regretting even selling the house. But Melody was amazing throughout the process and made it bearable and it turned out ok in the end. There are some horrible realtors out there. Not only did Melody help me through the selling process she found us the property we love and get to move in soon. Be careful because not all realtors have your back. Melody does!! Again I just can’t say enough good stuff about her. I will for sure recommend her to my friends and family!! She is the best!!

Melody DeLorme is the absolute best. She went out of her way to keep us apprised of all updates, often driving from Eugene to Cottage Grove just to chat with us! She is persistent, calm, and extremely knowledgeable about market conditions. Melody went above and beyond for us. Our house was a foreclosure and the bank that owned it needed all sorts of stuff done and redone. Melody stayed on top of it all while letting us know what was going on in each step. She has great communication skills and always got back to us asap. We had tons of questions and she always got us answers. We couldn't have been happier to have her for our agent! We had tried 2 other agents before we found Melody they would say they would get back to us to set up times/dates and never would. Melody was the exact opposite she got back to us right away and got things set up in no time. And as a result we got our new house in about 35 days total! We couldn't be happier!
