These guys are truly amazing. Cleaning is thorough and they are great at communication. If there are any issues, they are great at finding resolutions or making corrections if needed.Our family worked with them in 2018-2020 during my pregnancy and while my son a baby. My son adored our regular team and actually used to ask to be held while Marivel vacuumed...I was so sad to say good bye when COVID changed our financesWe recently have been able to resume services again (thank goodness!) and it has been such a huge relief to not have to worry about cleaning with a very active little boy and several pets. I had a one time cleaning done on my house in preparation for a party and I can't say enough about the experience. It was such a relief to me to not have to scramble around and do all the cleaning (by myself) over the weekend. The company schedule a time and date with me and confirmed with me about an hour ahead of time when the cleaners were on their way to my home. They also checked in with me after the services were done.The two ladies that cleaned were professional and did an excellent job in every room. It is like living in a different house.

We hired Pewaukee Cleaning Services in August for a move-out clean for a 1 bdrm condo with den, fireplace, high ceilings, several closets and a balcony. They had a big job since the unit had been occupied for more than 30 years by my elderly family member. Needless to say their cleaning team was awesome and delivered excellent service. Exceeded my expectations. We listed the unit the following day and within 48 hours, we received five offers. We sold the unit within 72 hours.

Leanne and Montana are SO professional, yet personable. Our favorite days are every other Thursday because they make our house look like a magazine. PCS has been a biweekly blessing & a comfort to us, for over two years, now. Personalized service is a given, & PCS is always responsive to our scheduling needs. We truly appreciate their respect to commitment, texting to let us know that they are on schedule, arriving shortly, or that there has been a slight delay, & will arrive a bit later (stuff happens!)--Important as we both work from home, even since before the global health crisis. I highly recommend Rachel & her staff to anyone who needs an extra caring, conscientious hand with household cleaning . . . I love the way the house looks & smells when they are finished--I would be lost without them ;)
