I have been a member at this gym for almost 20 years. The staff are friendly and professional. Mrs. Peggy in the kids club has taken care of my kids since my oldest was 2 and my youngest was 6 weeks old! She cares like family and I feel great knowing I can trust her while I work out!The gym is always clean and the new equipment is great. I wouldn’t want to workout anywhere else!

From the rumors of stuff happening in the saunas which I was told by the staff. To them having to replace the sauna because of it, going down to a sauna so small only one petite person can fit comfortably. To the previous scandal that shut it down last time which we all know about its not a secret. To the unknown psi of the barbells and non realistic expectations on how slow or fast one should lift 800 pounds of the ground, to the cables snapping on the older equipment which is dangerous and not acceptable, which could cause injury or worse possible death. Now on to the day care staff telling my daughter to hit her like the other child did to her which is not acceptable and we spoke to the manager, he told us we should find another gym if we dont trust there day care services which is unacceptable. Me knowing the owner i dont believe he knows how he gym is being ran, becuse I reameber when he re-opened it, it was ran right.As a retired Veteran seeing horrible acts a violence while in the service, I can't understand why an adult would try get our daughter to be violent or even speak such things to a child and is not acceptable. She is only 7 years old by the way. I do not recommend this gym or it's staff. At the end of my membership I was told I was only allowed to use one bar in the gym because I told I bent a silver barbell, which we all know any power bar or barbell of quality can handle 1000 pounds which this was not that caliber of bar. Try @fitnessevlotion @24/7 @ planet fitness @anytimefitness You get the drift there's plenty of them. I do believe the owner can fix this gym and this is the last I'm say about out of respect for him and meeting him personally when he reopened it.

Horrible experience from day care to the gym equipment. Also the respect shown from staff to the customers, it is completely unacceptable.

I wouldn’t recommend this gym. The equipment is outdated and poorly maintained, with several machines showing significant wear and tear. The treadmills are frequently not working, which makes it difficult to get in a proper cardio workout.The sauna is also extremely small—barely fitting one person at a time—which is disappointing for a shared facility. Overall, the gym falls short in both quality and functionality, and it doesn’t feel worth the cost.

Great equipment! The daycare center is a godsend for parents trying to get back into their gym routine! Facility is always clean.

It’s an great place to workout and relax, I have to say the sauna and pool our my favorite.
