A few years ago my wife and I were interested in moving to the Bend area, and had to sign up for text alerts or something to be able to view a listing or something like that. Any way, years later and in the last week I have received 3 text messages (1 of which I replied to saying I wasn't interested anymore and to please stop contacting me) and I just got an AI assistant phone call from their company. The AI gave me the option to press 1 and talk to a person, which I did because I wanted my name removed from the list, then the AI assistant crashed. I looked up their number online and called and spoke with someone who said they would remove my number, but we'll see if that actually happens. STOP USING AI BS TO CONTACT CUSTOMERS!!!Edit: Not long after I posted this review, Andrew from High Desert Realty called me and apologized for the call and texts. He says he doesn't know how the AI calls started, but I provided the number it came from and he said he would investigate. Thank you for the fast response from this business.
