When my old boiler finally gave up last year, I rang my local engineer who didn’t respond at all, I then found James through the Viessmann website and he came out the next day, he gave me a very clear assessment of the situation and offered a couple of solutions, I chose to have a new Viessmann boiler, he gave me a competitive quote so I gave him the go ahead and it was fitted and running within a few days, great job.

I needed a new boiler so I contacted a company called Wiesmann, and the passed it on to JK Plumbing they told me that I needed a new gas line as well as a boiler, they were brilliant the whole job was done in a day, the were very tidy with very little disruption, I would certainly recommend this company to anyone

After moving into our ‘new’ property we were hit with no heating or water. A blessing as we googled emergency plumber and found JK Plumbing. James came to see us straight away and unfortunately for him I've been nagging him ever since! Since the move James checked out the whole house and system. Checked all radiators and advised which were working and which were dead. He informed us one boiler wasn't as it should and disconnected it. Checked over the other and kept it running. He was honest from get go and told us the working boiler didn't have much life in it and would have to be replaced. The piping in place would need to be too. We told him that we did plan on doing a whole house reno and to help us out, he managed to do some things and prolong the boiler. Eventually the boiler did die (which we knew could/would happen) and helped us source the best boiler. He took into consideration the area we live in, the family dynamics and usage as well as looking over our plans for the reno, enabling him to advise on our best options. He gave us options so we knew what we were in for money wise and efficiency. We were happy to with his advice. Boiler ordered and within a matter of days a new system was fitted. His team are lovely and friendly and James always calls in personally to check any work taken out or at the minimum gives a call to how its all going. As well as that I've had 3 separate leaks where he's been round to sort! 🙌🏼I strongly recommend James and the Team. There is no-one else I want overseeing our plumbing and have been great at recommending so many things to do with houses, plumbing etc. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
