I booked a 90 min with Kelly to help relieve my lower back pain that has been issues for years. I had massages before and they were basic, massaging and maybe a hot towel on my back but I didn’t expect hot stones and essential oil to be incorporated. The essential oils helped my mind relax and not keep running through what things I need to do on my to do list when I get home. I felt like it was an escape for real. She used hot stones on my back along with hot towels to loosen up my muscles. I didn’t realize that my lower back issues was contributing to my right hip pain. I can’t remember the muscles name but apparently it was pulling on my hip. I go to the chiropractor regularly for a quick fix but the pain always comes back. When I got off of her table though I was shocked that it wasn’t hurting me! I gave her a bear hug! When you find a good therapist who can help you relieve your pain hang on to them.
