I came to see Dr. Applegate because I was dealing with persistent low back pain and neuropathy in my legs. After a few weeks of treatment with adjustments, decompression, and reflexology, the numbness and tingling in my legs have drastically improved. My back feels much better, I have more energy, and I even gained about half an inch in height from decompressing my spine.Another surprising improvement was in my foot. A podiatrist had previously told me one of my sesamoid bones looked necrotic, but after receiving reflexology focused on the foot, a follow-up X-ray showed the bone had healed, which surprised the doctor.I’m very grateful for the care here and highly recommend Dr. Applegate and the team.
