We worked with Catalyst Construction over the past year on our kitchen remodel. What really stood out from the beginning is how responsive, helpful and transparent they were. Initially, we struggled to come up with our plan and the direction we wanted to go with our project. Natalie, Alex and team were extremely patient, kept coming up with solutions (and many adjusted quotes!) and really stood apart from anyone else we spoke with, which was ultimately why we decided to work with them. Our project manager Doug was great. He kept everything on track, made sure we were satisfied with the work and went above and beyond to fix anything that wasn't top notch. The subcontractors and rest of the Catalyst team working on our project were also very professional and solution oriented (Devon, UB Cabinets, etc.). We lived in our house during the project and were pleasantly surprised how quickly and smoothly the construction went. I would highly recommend Catalyst for remodeling and would use them again on a future project.

Just finish a bedroom and bathroom renovation with Catalyst Construction. I cannot speak highly enough about the experience we had. Jess Jackson, our project manager, worked seamlessly with her skilled craftsmen and our decorator, Beth Weldon, to create beautiful and functional rooms. Using the account they created for me on the BuilderTrend app, I was able to monitor each day's work. The completed work is even better than I envisioned it would be.I am already planning another project for them...just don't tell my husband.

Catalyst Construction has recently completed a total renovation of a bathroom from floor to ceiling in our vacation home a 1000 miles away. We found this group incredibly responsive, creative in solving problem, and attentive to every detail of the project. Home improvement projects are difficult but especially at a distance. The two most important strengths were project management and willingness to deliver on our design concepts. The project met our personal time tables and to our tradesmen expectations. All there tradesmen were talented, hardworking and efficient. The project management kept well informed with daily updates and photos, always listening to our requests. We would certainly engage them again for other projects.

My husband and I are thankful to Catalyst and its team for remodeling our bathroom. Jess and her crew did a very good job overall despite some issues that arose. Our existing wall wasn’t plumbed so when the new cabinets and countertops were installed they looked wonky and were in an angle with the straight tile marks. I was very worried about it so I communicated these issues to Jess, our PM. Jess acknowledged the problems and reassured me that she will fix them and she did! Within the next two days, she had lined up workers to straighten parts of the wall, cabinet and countertops. I’m thankful that we hired a GC company that kept its promise. Now we have a bathroom that is the fanciest part of the house all thanks to Catalyst Construction. I especially want to thank Jess, Natalie, Angie, Devon, Jake, Roberto, the father and sons who did the tiles (great work) and the plumber and his nephew ( who fixed an issue that could have been very costly and in a timely manner) for the hard work you all put in the project.

They offer a detailed project plan that keeps you up to date with photos, change orders and keeps a log of all messages back and forth. We worked with Catalyst on a full kitchen renovation and had a really positive experience. Jess was our project manager and was great to work with—super responsive and kept things moving smoothly. The finished kitchen looks amazing, and we’re so happy with how it turned out.We did run into a few issues with subcontractors (probably par for the course, but it was our first major renovation so they caught us a bit off guard). That said, Catalyst always had our back. We retained Catalyst to complete an extensive repair and remodel project. To make matters more complicated, we would be managing the project from out of state and looking to list the house for sale in time for a Spring listing. We needed a lot done. We needed it done on-time and on-budget. We braced ourselves for a challenging fall/winter while the work was completed, but the work could not have gone more smoothly. From the first meeting with the business owner (Jason) and our project manager (Jess), we were impressed with the level of professionalism compared to other contractors we met. That level of professionalism, coupled with the quality of workmanship from the trades and responsiveness of our PM, continued throughout the project. We received regular communication and updates and photos of the progress. We knew exactly what was happening on site each day. When hiccups happened, as they will, they were few and far between. In each case, our PM was quick to alert us and address the matter to our satisfaction. My husband and I have lived through several remodels but none have been handled as beautifully as this one with Catalyst Construction. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We had a great experience working with Catalyst Construction on our kitchen remodel! The project involved removing a wall to open up the space, updating all the electrical wiring and outlets, replacing outdated cabinets and countertops, installing new appliances, and even adding attic access—all with great attention to detail. They even respected that we needed to delay the project a month due to to unforeseen circumstances.UB Kitchens, the sub-contracted cabinet company, was fantastic to work with from start to finish. They made the selection process easy and ensured the final installation was flawless, with no dings or scratches. The designer, Joe, was incredible, the team was professional, and the overall craftsmanship was solid.One thing I really appreciated was how accommodating the team was while I worked from home during construction. They were mindful of noise levels when possible, and even with a toddler in the house at times, they made the process as smooth as it could be. While there were a few mixups that caused minor delays, the team handled them well, and we’re really happy with the end result.If you're looking for a team that does high-quality work and is easy to work with, we’d definitely recommend Catalyst Construction!

It was, actually, sort of a dream working with Catalyst. It took us forever to finalize what we actually wanted to do, but they were keen to work with us, within our budget, and aligning with our design personalities and functionality needs. Jess Jackson, our project manager, was super on top of things, super friendly, and generally a joy to work with. Our handyman Devon was personable, capable, respectful, and pleasant as well. When things changed in our design plans, they were quick to offer options. They worked around our at home work schedules and were as non-disruptive as possible when they were here. They respected our pet's space and ensured they were closing doors and taking all precautions. Honestly, I don't think we could have had a better contractor situation for our small project. We will likely have more renovation work for Catalyst soon!
