I was extremely nervous but Samantha's " girl's girl" personality made me feel so comfortable like I was with someone I had known for years. She was very professional and explained the process very well and went on MY pace. This is my first time ever at a salon & I have to say I left crying. I was crying 🥹 happy tears. I had went to great clips for a haircut & that was the biggest mistake. My hair way beyond messed up! I came in and JJ & Mr. Will himself turned a horrible experience I had at a different place into the best experience I have ever had ever in getting a haircut! I left crying. Went in for a shaggy haircut. The girl I got was lauren. Very rough and crude. Shampoo/conditioner my hair in less than 1 minute. Gave me whip lash jerking my head around as she cut it. Hair longer on one side and it's not longer in the back like a layered shag should be. She was supposed to be one level below a master stylist. What would you get if you chose a beginner? Less

I went to get some feathering or layers done on my hair. The teacher showed the girl that was in charge of my hair how to cut my hair is a layers, and neither knew how to do it. They took one part of my hair and cut it . That was it! No layers, no feathering, a total failure! I spent money on absolutely nothing. I recommend you avoid the William Edge school. Go to their salon, maybe, but not the institute. It's just not good! Less
