I was extremely nervous but Samantha's " girl's girl" personality made me feel so comfortable like I was with someone I had known for years. She was very professional and explained the process very well and went on MY pace. This is my first time ever at a salon & I have to say I left crying. I was crying 🥹 happy tears. I had went to great clips for a haircut & that was the biggest mistake. My hair way beyond messed up! I came in and JJ & Mr. Will himself turned a horrible experience I had at a different place into the best experience I have ever had ever in getting a haircut! I left crying.
