Truly the best BBQ around. I am a BBQ sauce snob, and these guys nailed it. The catering is amazing too, always plenty of food. The owner is so cool, she acts like she has known you since you were born. Very personable. Just an all around great restaurant!

My absolutely most favorite catfish meal in my life. I dream about the crunchy coating and tender catfish. Perfectly paired with the sides of coleslaw and fries. Add a nice cold beer and boy oh boy does that make for a happy happy girl.

Best BBQ I have had in Galesburg with and old speak easy fell to it. We had basically a little of everything offered and nothing disappointed. Great price too and even had some take home at the end.

Fabulous BBQ spot! I am a giant fan of Waylon's brisket, but it's all good!Aside from the BBQ dishes, the fried chicken is phenomenal and Tania's sides are all amazing additions to their hearty meals. Tania and Waylon have turned this space into an incredible venue with Thursday Jazz Nights and bands on certain Saturday nights, plus nicely done space to rent for parties. Delicious food served and enjoyed in a comfortable atmosphere...the best combo!
