Best BBQ I have had in Galesburg with and old speak easy fell to it. We had basically a little of everything offered and nothing disappointed. Great price too and even had some take home at the end.

Fabulous BBQ spot! I am a giant fan of Waylon's brisket, but it's all good!Aside from the BBQ dishes, the fried chicken is phenomenal and Tania's sides are all amazing additions to their hearty meals. Tania and Waylon have turned this space into an incredible venue with Thursday Jazz Nights and bands on certain Saturday nights, plus nicely done space to rent for parties. Delicious food served and enjoyed in a comfortable atmosphere...the best combo!

I don't know if it was because it was a mass cook for a crowd? The food was not all that good. The chicken quarters were still pretty pink inside. The pork loin tasted like i had cooked it in my stove. Potatoes were ok and probably the best thing. Green beans could have had more bacon and flavor. Nothing really stood out as flavorful to me. Once again, could have been because it was a Christmas party and a large number, but on my own, i wouldn't have paid for this meal.
