This gym community is like no other. From the members to the coaches to the owners each person is so kind and helpful. The coaches know their stuff and are great with form and modifications. Can’t recommend this gym enough- as someone who had never done group fitness classes and was intimidated, now I feel right at home!

Came here for the April Hyrox Simulation and a Sunday Hyrox class. Great vibes. Great coaches. Which I lived closer so I could be here every day! The Sim was extremely well organized with clear directions sent beforehand. The facility is clean. The race day vibes were immaculate, complete with a DJ! Thank you Evolve!

I participated in the Hyrox simulation and it was truly awesome. The event was smoothly run and well thought out with a ton of supportive and positive people. Couldn’t have done a better job!

I participated in the Hyrox Sim this past weekend, and the Evolve team did a great job organizing this event. They provided all of the logistical information ahead of time, so you felt prepared coming to the event and the day off everything was well planned and thought out. Everyone from the staff, volunteers, and participants were incredibly supportive! I look forward to participating in another race!

Evolve is an amazing atmosphere to workout whether you're new to working out or an experienced athlete. You feel a real sense of community when you're inside the walls of Evolve and I'd highly recommend taking a class here to get your journey started!
