Called on the phone and asked if they had room for me that day, the man on the phone said yes and told me it was $250 for the rear, front, and side windows. He told me that it takes 2 or less hours to complete the job. Arrived at the place after booking online and they said that I wasn’t on the schedule that day. Manager was very rude and didn’t make it seem like he wanted the business at all. In person he said it was actually 250 for the sides and rear and an extra 175 for the front windshield, he also stated that it was 3 hours for the job to be completed. Fast forward 4.5 hours and the employees tell me that they haven’t been trained on how to do the back windshield so I left with only the side windows, was a bunch of residue on the inside and outside of my car and all over the exterior paint. Would not recommend at all, manager was rude, employees were nice but management needs to schedule people that know how to do the services they sell. These people are not what they seem to be online.

Unethical pricing and poor customer service before any work was even done.A friend recommended this shop after having his Civic roof wrapped for $300. When I called for a quote to wrap the roof on my Prius, I was quoted $650—more than double the price. I asked for an explanation of the difference, but instead of providing a clear breakdown, I was simply told that it was a “bigger roof.”The conversation became frustrating because the representative was dismissive and came across as arrogant rather than taking the time to explain the pricing. I understand that different vehicles may require different amounts of material and labor, but customers deserve a professional and transparent explanation when there is such a significant price difference.The quality of their work may be good, but first impressions matter. Based on my experience, their communication, professionalism, and sales approach left a lot to be desired.

They did amazing job. But I feel like the factory tint on the rear windows is really extremely light compared to the front windows from the inside. But over all they did amazing job on my windshield and front 2 window. I should just had all the windows tinted to match instead of trying to match factory. Didn’t realize that wouldn’t match. Not sure how to get it fixed to match.

They did a good job on the tint but before I made a reservation I called to make sure it would be done in time for a family gathering that afternoon so I wouldn't be late and they told me it would be done in less than 2 hours which was great because i didn't have to be at the gathering till 4 and my appointment was at 11 but after I dropped it off I called multiple times to check on it to make sure it was done with no answers from the shop I had some drive me there at 3 so I would have time to get it and make it still on time but they told me they where still working on it but it would be done soon, all said and done I didn't get the car back until 3:45-4 causing me to be an hour late to the gathering, if I hadn't had an appointment it would be one thing but I had an appointment and paid a deposit for that specific time so it would be done in time yet they didn't even do it in the time frame I paid for, if I could go back I wouldn't have made a reservation since the only reason I did is because I was told over the phone they would have no problem getting it done well before I needed yet they didn't even come close.
