Exception Service!I called Brent on a Saturday afternoon. He turned up on time as promised. Brent, from the point of the call to the completion of the job, could not have been easier to deal with, hardworking and quality-focused. Despite the significant issue, Brent did not give up and ensured he completely fixed the problem, even though it was late on a Saturday night. Brent recently fixed a dodgy job done by another plumbing company. Brent arrived on time and worked fast and efficiently repairing my stormwater pipes. He took time to explain what he had to do and and was both helpful and professional. His charges were very reasonable! He also relaid my pavers and left the area very clean and tidy. Brent was great to work with. We phoned him on a Saturday with an overflowing pipe in our pool area. He squeezed us in on the end of the day, rocked up with a smile and a can-do attitude and was very reasonably priced. He fixed the issue quickly and we were so grateful. I never do reviews or give such scores but for Brent and HIBE business , I certainly will with pleasure. Brent is FABULOUS .. every builder I’ve had on site have either given him work or intend to! Brent is punctual, fast, efficient with his procedures and time management, hardworking working (works until the job is done for that day), gets along great with other tradies & my guests, is respectful and a good communicator, if their is something required 10 out of 10 times he has had the washer, tap whatever in his van :) .. saving us both time & money ;)HIBE don’t take long breaks or disappear on you .. leaving you wondering.He is not a big drawn out talker .. costing you & every other trade onsite time & money. I am always happy with his friendliness, suggestions, attention to detail, pricing and CLEANS UP AFTER HIMSELF WHILE HE GETS THE JOB DONE.One particular detail I’ve changed 3 times for a variety of personal reasons and Brent didn’t huff & puff, tell me “it can’t get done” .. we problem solved to perfection!I am so pleased with all aspect of Brent’s HIBE plumbing .. if I could buy shares I would. I imagine he has been trained very well by a ‘very old school’ tradie who has passed on traditions of good service, a fair days wage for a fair days work, industry history & product knowledge.All that considered he is still very up to date with new trends & regulations .. he has gone ‘above & beyond’ researching the internet, locating and calling to get what I imagined and at a discount.When he called any company I could tell they knew, liked & respected him, that he didn’t ’beat Around the bush’ (wether your time or his he doesn’t drag things out) .. companies offered what was available at mates or industry rates and if they didn’t have the product they informed him where to call & who to ask for, because they were more than happy to help him out .. as I am also to steer anyone who reads this in the right direction.
