The 25 year old bathroom fan in our basement stopped working. We usually use Dean’s Home Services but they were quoting us $1400 to replace it which felt astronomical for what we needed. We found Local Electric, Co and reached out for a free quote. Cory was quick to respond and was flexible with scheduling. He reached out before leaving, showed up on time, and was very transparent with what we needed and what the cost would be. We decided to go with his services and he immediately went to go get the unit we needed and got to work! It ended up being only 1/3rd of the quoted price from the larger business, no hidden fees (was up front about price beforehand and that’s exactly what we paid), he was done in about an hour, and even installed a brand new light above our shower (pre-approved) instead of getting one that was just part of the fan. It’s a huge improvement to our bathroom (so much brighter!) and we couldn’t be more grateful. Plus, he was very patient with my 5 year old who kept asking him questions and being, well, a chatty 5 year old. Highly highly recommend Cory for your electrical needs. If we ever need electrical work done again, we definitely will use his services again over the bigger company.
