We recently had a tub to shower conversion done by Kitchen and Bath Design Center. The price they offered was competitive, we had gotten several estimates. From the initial contact with the company to the completion, we were impressed with the professionalism, care and work ethic of every one of the employees we met with. On day one on the project commencement, a crew arrived and put down cardboard from the entryway to the tub area to protect the flooring in our home. They also covered the vanity and mirror. At the end of each day, all debris was removed and the area, including the cardboard pathway, was thoroughly swept and/or vacuumed. Each evening, we were informed of what the next day’s portion of the project would be and the time the crew would arrive. The transformation to the tub area, which now looks like something from a decorating magazine, is nothing short of stunning! We highly recommend the Kitchen and Bath Design Center and would use them again if we ever have another project that falls in the scope of what they do. Less

I have used this company three times. Twice at our home and once at my parents. They are true professionals. My main contact for our master bathroom renovation was the co-owner, Shane. 2022 Review: 3 years after completing our kitchen, we invited KBF back into our home to renovate both our bathrooms. Once again, each person that we interacted with was professional and courteous. They take pride in their work, and respond to any questions or concerns that you have. Shane was our project manager, and was always responsive. New ceiling texture, new wall texture in some areas, A pocket door was replaced and a barn door was added. New luxury vinyl flooring. Custom cabinet with quartz top was added. All new recessed lighting was added. Completely rebuilt all tile shower with frameless barn door. All new plumbing fixtures. KBF remodeled our kitchen four years ago and we were so pleased that we called them when we wanted to remodel our master bathroom this year. We love our new bathroom. We recently had our kitchen completed remodeled by The Kitchen & Bath Factory on W. Linebaugh Ave. in Tampa. We are very pleased with the final outcome and are totally in love with the new look of our kitchen. We went from an 80’s style, boxed in, lowered ceiling cramped space to a fresh, open, airy kitchen. When we first bought our home a year ago, the kitchen was the darkest and weakest part of the house. Now, thanks to the design folks and all the crews at KBF, it is another beautiful part of our home! Our salesman Brian started us on our adventure and worked with us to come up with a totally functional and gorgeous design. Bill, our site supervisor, kept everything on track during the demo period and on through the reconstruction time. If we had any concerns or questions, Bill was quick and eager to resolve whatever the issue was. There are too many names to remember for all the people that helped make our kitchen a success – but young Mike, the plumber, had customer service skills that were outstanding. Our cabinet installer Danny – I can not say enough about how professional, thorough, and courteous he was. Electrician Ivan – a great guy and very conscientious. I really can’t say enough positive things about KBF. Their quote will not be the least expensive one you receive but trust me they are definitely worth the extra money. The quality of workmanship is the best I have experienced and I have done a lot of remodeling in the past. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product of my bathroom remodel. I want to point put some of the little things that I believe set KBF apart. After the salesman has been to your home to measure and you have been to the showroom to select finishes, KBF will send another specialist to your home to do final measurements and make sure everything will work together correctly. When the work begins you have specialists in every area, so the tile guy is not doing your plumbing and the plumber is not installing your cabinet. All of this work is supervised by a “construction manager”. This person was in constant communication with me and was able to answer any question I had. When you have a lot of contractors in and out of your home, there may be miscommunications, but KBF avoids all that by having a blueprint with all the details of the project visible in my home. I also want to mention that they were extremely respectful of other areas of my home. The tile from the front door to the bathroom was covered and remained that way until everything was complete. Another customer service feature that I absolutely loved was that the office called every night between 5 and 6pm to let me know who was coming the next day, what they would be doing, and exactly what time they would be there. No one was ever late. Anyone who has had any work done in their home knows how unusual that is. Lastly, I want to mention that I had painted my entire house and that quote included the removal of the wallpaper and repaint of this bathroom. In hindsight, I should have let KBF do that as well. Anyway, the painter did not repair the drywall correctly when he removed the wallpaper from behind the toilet and left a sizeable hole in the wall that he painted over. When KBF came back in to do their final walk through they noticed the area and immediately sent in their drywall person to fix it. I explained that it wasn’t their issue and I would deal with the painter, but they wanted me to be happy with the job. I don’t know of any other company that would do that. Just so everyone understands, my job was not huge. In total it was under $3500, which in my opinion speaks volume about KBF. Less

After reading several negative reviews online. I'm positive if these complaints were compared apples to apples with other companies like we have you would find many of these issues like project timeline are a part of doing business in Florida, especially if a permit is needed! After struggling to find a contractor that would even return our call or one that would stay within our budget, the Kitchen and Bath Factory was a welcome surprise! Don’t let their name fool you, they are not just about kitchens and baths. They completed a FULL home renovation for us from top to bottom in a timely and professional manner. Within the same day of contacting them, we received a return call and had, Brian, one of their sales reps came to our home. Brian was fantastic to work with. Within a couple of days, he had drawings and an estimate ready for us. He came back to us with an estimate of $110,000 which was well within our budget for such a large project. The estimate included the removal of popcorn ceiling, installation of hardwood flooring throughout, a complete renovation of our kitchen and two bathrooms, painting, the installation of new doors, trim and baseboards throughout, fireplace remodeling, laundry room cabinetry, plumbing and all electrical work. To say we are happy with the completion of our renovation is an understatement. We feel that we have moved into a brand new home! All of the finishes they offered were well above standard. The quality of workmanship is second to none. Bill, the supervisor on our project, did a great job handling every small detail. He stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process and was very easy to reach throughout the renovation. He even sent us daily progress pictures. The Office Staff communicated with us on a daily basis to keep us updated on the progress as well and to advise on who would be on-site at our home each day. We had our kitchen and guest bathroom renovated with KBF. We contracted in January, job started in May, completed in August. Very friendly and helpful people. Markeeta was very pleasant and great at coordinating, communicating, and addressing issues that came up throughout the whole project. Demo team did a great job! Floor tile (kitchen and bath) plus tub surround, beautiful, kudos to Pedro. Electrical, kudos to Angelo, we love the can lights. Cabinets, we had a few problems, but Mike sent (and re-sent) his carpenters to fix until we were satisfied. GM Steve even came to help fix one issue. (They are a "all hands on" team.) Plumbing, kudos to Shane for fixing errors from the first plumber and he worked and worked until he got our dishwasher in line with the cabinet because he knew it bothered me. Backsplash tile is beautiful, kudos to Alek. Granite countertops are beautiful. We contracted with the Kitchen and Bath Factory to install a small island in our kitchen. It is completed now and we are very happy with it. Although there was sometimes difficulty in communication and lining up the right people on their team to get the job done, all that was forgotten when the island was completed. It is just right for the purpose we had for wanting it, and we are very satisfied and pleased to be able to have additional workspace in our kitchen and to have an island that looks good and is also practical. At the end of the project, there were a few things that just seemed to lag behind, and one of the lead carpenters took his own personal time to stop by, twice, to make sure things were done right. Polite ,professional, knowledgeable crew. They even resolved a few unexpected "speed bumps" in a prompt , efficient manner. Had a kitchen/ floor remodel and this is a great place w/ friendly people and knowledgeable workers and I was kept up to date almost nightly as to what was going to happen the next day via phone calls. Brian was our salesman, and Rich and Ellis our designers/measurers, great guys! I don't remember all the workers names, but everyone from the backsplash guys to the couple doing the tile installation were absolutely wonderful! No surprises and if we caught something small it was worked out w/no problems. We had a group of guys that weren't up to par on the cabinetry and they replaced them on their own w/out us complaining and it came out wonderful! Less

We were very happy with the work done by Kitchen & Bath Factory! Whenever someone mentions they want their kitchen renovated I tell them to contact Kitchen & Bath Factory. We got custom made cabinets with all drawers on the bottom that I really love. Everyone who comes in loves the wood look tile on the floor. We liked the daily phone calls letting us know who was coming and what time they would be there. The men were always on time. We had a few problems but they were taken care of quickly. They started the demolition the middle of October and the kitchen was 90% done before Thanksgiving. The longest wait was for the granite. Less

We selected The Kitchen and Bath Factory to remodel both the kitchen and master bathroom in our home. This was the first time the wife and I have done any type of big project like this so it was a big deal. Working with Tom and Richard was an absolute delight. From start to finish they were patient - they listened - and most importantly did what they said they would do. The job was done on time - on budget - without any surprises.
