I can’t recommend Car-Aid enough! Last year, I had an accident with a deer, and their team did an incredible job repairing my Audi—they honestly left it looking even better than before. Everyone there is super friendly, attentive, and truly professional. If you want top-quality body work and great customer service, this is definitely the place to go!

I have found them to be first and foremost, honest and reliable. Those are the two most important things in my years of dealing with auto mechanics and body repairers. Trust!! They're personable as well, you feel that they have your best interest at heart. I have a very very high regard for Car Aid and pleased I wads asked to me to evaluate them. If it were not so.... Their prices are reasonable compared to others... you will not get better service or pricing!

I am so grateful that I ended up working with this business. The level of customer service they provide is extremely rare these days. In addition, their work is flawless because they take such pride in it. My review doesn't do them justice, but if you ever need body repair on your car, I'm confident they will exceed your expectations.

I was so impressed by all who work here! Everyone was extremely helpful and caring . I only went in for a new windshield but that didn’t matter to Juan and his team. They are honest and would not let me drive my car until the glue was set. They even gave me a ride to and from and they detailed my car! So awesome! If I need anything done I know where to go!

“I don’t usually write reviews, but this one is earned. The team at Car Aid handled everything professionally and without any runaround. Communication was clear, the work was done right, and they honored what they told us from the beginning. The final balance was exactly what they said — $0.00. In my experience, that kind of follow-through is rare. I’d do business with them again.”

“I can’t thank this team enough. They were upfront, respectful, and did exactly what they said they would do. I walked in worried and walked out relieved — owing $0 just as promised. It’s rare to find businesses that operate with this level of honesty. I’m very grateful and would absolutely recommend them.”

My rear suspension was bad and was eating up my rear tires. They tried to repair it but it wasn't repairable. They got a used one and fixed it.I also got them to replace my cracked windshield.I was impressed with their professionalism, communication and with how clean the car was after they were done. It smelled wonderful. You can tell they take pride in their work and want to make sure the customer is well satisfied.

I have used Car Aid multiple times and have confidently recommended them to friends and family. Stephanie, Taylor, and Juan consistently provide excellent customer service and make every interaction a positive experience. Their pricing is fair, the repair work is high quality, and the team is both knowledgeable and trustworthy. Juan and his staff genuinely care about their customers and take pride in the work they do. I highly recommend Car Aid.
