What a great experience! I had a bunch of bikes that needed attention. New bikes, nearly new bikes and beloved bikes - and I had no time to drag them down to the bike shop and then pick them up. Journey made it easy - came to my house and within a short few hours had 6 bikes ready for a summer of fun! If time is in short supply for you - call these guys and have them come and make you look great!! I highly recommend their service.

Used them multiple times. So efficient to have them come to you. The team (Corey specifically) is very honest and so easy to work with. I will never spend again spend time loading 4-5 bikes for tune ups or repairs. This is the best way to do it and Corey and team are the best people to use. I have legit never left a google review in my life so that should tell you how stoked I am about it.

Used the mobile service to get a tune up for 2 of my bikes. I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly. Corey was very responsive and professional, he took the time (a few hours) that was needed to ensure both bikes were tuned up well and fixed the issues the bikes were having. I would recommend this place anytime.

Hidden gem bike repair shop!! Tucked away down a dirty road, in the back of a warehouse district lies a little know bike repair shop called Journey repairs! You have to know the secret handshake and knock to get into the shop, but once you’re in, you’re in! I had Corey do a chain ring swap and rear derailer swap to my original set up. Not only did he do that, but my bike came back clean as a whistle, and ride super smooth and quieter than a house with a sleeping baby. Would I recommend Journey?? Hell ya! And here is a bonus for you…. They are mobile!! So if you can’t make it to them, they’ll come to you!! How’s that for service? I can rest easy knowing I have a repair shop with good mechanics who care about the work they do, as much as I want a bike with a smooth ride. Definitely look into this shop if you are in the south end!! Just remember the secret handshake!!

They don't make repairs where repairs aren’t needed and it felt like they liked my bike as much as I did! I also really like the option of having them come to the house. Super convenient. He or his team have worked on my bikes more than a few times ans i recommend the service to others who like me dont know bike mechanic work or si.ply dont have the time.
