Used them multiple times. So efficient to have them come to you. The team (Corey specifically) is very honest and so easy to work with. I will never spend again spend time loading 4-5 bikes for tune ups or repairs. This is the best way to do it and Corey and team are the best people to use. I have legit never left a google review in my life so that should tell you how stoked I am about it.

Used the mobile service to get a tune up for 2 of my bikes. I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly. Corey was very responsive and professional, he took the time (a few hours) that was needed to ensure both bikes were tuned up well and fixed the issues the bikes were having. I would recommend this place anytime.

I needed to get my daughter's bike brakes adjusted and Corey returned my call promptly. He got me scheduled and took care of my daughter's bike. Corey was very friendly, professional and did a good job. Great service.

Corey was awesome to work with. Did a great tune on my mountain bikes and was very helpful with some brake issues I’ve been having. He is clearly very knowledgeable and skilled. Pricing was transparent and reasonable. The mobile service was also really nice because I was able to fit it around my schedule and didn’t need to leave the bikes at a shop. Looking forward to having Journey Repairs work on my bikes again next time they need a tune up. Thank you!
