The men were here early, which was good. They were very friendly & professional. I had a stain that I couldn't get out & they took care of it. It's totally gone. The machine they used was quiet & it did a great job. The carpets were dry in a couple hours. It looks wonderful & the nap was raised & it feels great under bare feet. I couldn't be happier with this company. I highly recommend them.

Technicians did a great job and explained what they were doing. We were able to put furniture back an hour after they left. Will definitely use them again!

These people are remarkable! I had a bad spot on my carpet where an old recliner had dropped metal shavings and oil and they had it removed in no time. You wouldn't even know there had been a spot there! Thank you, Heaven's Best!
