The men were here early, which was good. They were very friendly & professional. I had a stain that I couldn't get out & they took care of it. It's totally gone. The machine they used was quiet & it did a great job. The carpets were dry in a couple hours. It looks wonderful & the nap was raised & it feels great under bare feet.
