The owner came out personally to assess my property, discuss multiple potential cleanup projects including a weekly maintenance plan, and work with me on my budget, even revising the quote without hesitation.After I approved the revised quote, his crew arrived much sooner than expected and did a great job, working quickly even in the rain to finish before worse weather moved in. I was really impressed by their flexibility, politeness, responsiveness, and hard work!!

ELMM does a stellar job sanding and plowing our driveway at 172 Sugar Glen Drive in Waitsfield. They notify us of their plowing plans and weather. Gives you time to move cars etc. The driveway is steep they do a great job keeping it clear. . Very accommodating . I highly recommend them for your plowing sanding needs.

ELMM stands out from the rest in service, communication, timeliness and quality of work. I’ve never experienced having a company text you the night before to remind you that their service is upcoming, if the schedule changes because of inclement weather, they let you know etc. The team is efficient and does a thorough job too. I can’t recommend this company highly enough!!
