I cannot say enough good things about the guys at Suds on Stone. I called them after a major industrial-strength vinegar spill in my vehicle (I own an Airbnb and use it to clean glass), and they went above and beyond trying to help me. They came out not once, but three times, and were incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, the vinegar had soaked in so deeply... and I added lots of water before calling them to try to dilute it, which just spread it :(... that they were not able to completely resolve the problem, despite genuinely trying everything they could. I was so impressed by their honesty and integrity. Because they weren’t able to fix the issue, they refused to take any money from me - even after making three trips to my home and spending their time/resources trying to help. It’s rare to come across a company that treats people this way. I would wholeheartedly recommend Suds on Stone. Truly good guys who care about their customers and stand behind their work. My son accidentally left his passenger door WIDE OPEN two days ago when we had a massive storm, and the inside of my car was completely soaked on one side. I called SEVERAL companies — 8, to be exact — trying to find someone who could help, but everyone was either booked or couldn’t help with the water in my seat and floorboard. The dealership recommended I call Suds On Stone, and honestly, they were my last-ditch effort. Feeling defeated, I called, assuming they would probably be booked too and wouldn’t be able to help me. Donnie answered and was incredibly kind and understanding. I was especially worried because my daughter has asthma, and I was concerned about the possibility of mold and mildew developing in the car. Donnie was able to fit me into his schedule, get the water completely out of my car, and then went above and beyond by treating the interior with an enzyme cleaner to give me some extra peace of mind. He didn’t have to do that, and he did it simply out of the kindness of his heart. I truly can’t thank him enough! If you need your car detailed, cleaned, or just want someone who genuinely cares about their customers, I HIGHLY recommend Suds On Stone! We will absolutely be using them from now on. I saw a fb post and messaged Suds On Stone. They replied immediately and we were able to schedule a day and time. They arrived early, were very professional and did an amazing job on my 2020 Jeep Wrangler. Inside and outside look new. I will definitely work with them again and refer them to others.

Christian did a fantastic job with my Chevy Silverado. I don’t know the last time it was detailed, there were some stains on the seats and stubborn dog hair I couldn’t remove myself. Christian was able to remove the dog hair and got the interior to look almost new again. The exterior looks great, too, really got the paint to shine again. I highly recommend Suds on Stone. Great experience and happy with the results.
