This is my 2nd time renting from Summer Shore Rentals and stayed at Elizabeth's Beautiful home #3407 with my husband and 2 lab dogs. The interior of the house was exactly has shown in the pictures. Plenty of room for several guests and their fur friends. We loved the residential area where we enjoyed walking our dogs. Elizabeth had everything you would want....kitchen completely stocked, the most comfortable beds I ever slept in and even supplied cleaning supplies. I would strongly recommend staying at this one of a kind beach house. My husband and I will definitely be coming back. Maureen

We used Shore Summer Rentals for the first time to book a condo for Irish Weekend. The property owners were easy to work with and maintain a beautiful, welcoming and relaxing property. It was a please to work with this company and we’ll definitely be returning customers.

Wow. I feel like I have found the ultimate website for shore rentals. SSRNJ is amazing. We have been renting in WWC for many years in same places but unfortunately the owners didn't want to rent in September. I found this website on a billboard in NWW and tried it. I was shocked how many more rentals they had and very accommodating for price and amenities.We ended up renting a condo in the Crest for two weeks, which was very reasonable and surpassed our expectations. I trust this Agency and highly recommend this site for your next rental. We will be back!

Absolutely love this site for beach rentals. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that we've run into some nit-picky owners/renters in the past, though we've encountered some great ones too!We've rented a handful of times in both Sea Isle and Brigantine, and found reasonably-sized and -priced rentals available during peak season, even with sometimes last-minute booking (and always when planning ahead!) Rental processes have been clear/straightforward, sometimes including a security deposit and *usually* clear and appropriate guidelines for cleanup at the end of the rental period.The one thing I will warn against is an early checkout time, when the contract requires doing laundry prior to departure...this was an issue with only one rental, where checkout was 10 or 11am and the rental contract specified we were to wash/dry/fold/put away all provided linens, and we were 5-6 adults (so we spent the whole *early* morning running laundry! what a bummer way to end a beach trip, lol!). We also ran into a more *difficult* host when we cooked some bacon on the stove and splattered grease on the painted-backsplash, which they claimed they had to re-paint (rather than wash off with grease-removing soap like a normal person...but whatever!)Anyways, still highly recommend this site for anyone looking for a beach getaway, as there are so many rentals available for family trips or friends alike. Inquiry and booking is simple/easy, availability is vast, and the owners we've rented from have all been (relatively) reasonable and certainly kind/helpful with recommendations for food, drink, and activities in their area!

First time using Summer Shore Rentals and would definitely recommend their website to anyone looking for vacation rentals at the Jersey Shore! The search was easy to use and find a variety of homes that would work for our group. Connected with the owner Evan, and everything was smooth from there! Very reassuring to book directly with the home owner and it surely saved us on the extra fees associated with regular booking sites or real estate companies.

What a great place for a family vacation and less than 2 blocks from the boardwalk and minutesFrom any place else you need to go. Very clean and comfortable, and all the necessities needed for cooking some meals. And great firework display from the balcony we plan on coming back.
