We had previously stayed in the 2nd floor condo. So, we knew that it was in the perfect location, a couple of blocks from the boardwalk and piers. With spouses and a grandchild, we are a family of 9. The condo was a perfect option for us. Brad, the owner, is very responsive & easy to work with. The condo is spacious with plenty of room for all of us. My kids said that the pictures do not do it justice. It is clean and well maintained. The 3rd floor balcony, off of the loft, is a perfect spot for watching the fireworks. Brad does recommend bringing your own cleaning supplies, but there was plenty of cleaning products under the sink. There are plenty of dishes, bowls and utensils. I did some reorganizing, so that I could make room for the food that we brought. The condo is close to stores and restaurants. The boardwalk is an easy walk from your rental. It is also right in the center of action of Morey Piers. Bring your family and enjoy your home away from home! Less

My family and I have been renting for several years at 2024 Wesley in Ocean City, NJ. This Condo is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and has all amenities one needs for a great vacation. The beach is just a few steps away and the owners provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and two beach carts. It has a large front porch with seats 11 guests. I’ve always felt comfortable knowing that owners are verified and my rental is secure. I recently had an issue with an owner that we rented from and Maria Kirk, the owner of shore summer rentals reached out to me and mediated the situation. It was apparent that she cared not only about me, as the renter but the owner who uses her site as well. Not paying fees does not mean you don’t have protection or any recourse. The condo we rented was beautiful, clean, in an excellent location and furnished nicely. The view it offered with respect to the playground made it easy to watch our grandchildren. In terms of the location, we were one block to the beach and four short blocks to the beginning of the southern end of the boardwalk. Parking was private, providing two spaces per unit. Each unit provided a good size storage closet on the parking level to store our beach items. The on site pool was a luxury. The entire facility is very clean and orderly. This condo definitely warrants a repeat stay. Less

Last week we rented a home for our annual LBI vacation with our family of 7 in Loveladies. We had an amazing time together, as usual.
