I am so thrilled that I have found Stretch Med Sammy is wonderful. I would recommend her highly to anybody who was interested in getting stretched. I am blown away by my experience at StretchMed! The space in East Greenwich is clean, calm, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. My therapist, Sammy, reviewed all of my medical concerns and allowed me the time to explain what pain I have endured and gently guided me through every part of the stretch. Sammy made sure I was comfortable and worked with me throughout the stretching session leaving me feeling more relaxed and feeling a relief my muscles desperately needed! I HIGHLY recommend StretchMed and Sammy! She’s INCREDIBLE!!!

I noticed an immediate improvement in my range of motion that has gradually improved over the sessions. Especially with my legs and hip flexors. I'm also experiencing much less pain in my lower back. They have a great staff of experienced professionals. Sammy the manger is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to improve their mobility.

How was my experience? On the way in I limped across the street to the front door. On my way out I zipped across with ease. I thank Sammy for reintroducing my fingers to my toes. My advice? Be good to yourself and get to StretchMed. Your body will thank you.
