Met Phillip the owner, great experience, the mans a gentlemen, exceedingly passionate and knowledgeable about fitness. The gym was incredible, WELL VENTILATED very rare for a cross fit gym, clients from ALL ages working their butts off, sweating and having fun. Great vibe too. A+

Shifted is a very welcoming community and a great place to drop in for a workout. Not only do they have a great facility for CrossFit but they are also Olympiclifting friendly.

I am 68 and doing CrossFit for almost 10 years, I moved to the area a little over a year ago and I amso happy I found this Community. I have made gains in my strength and overall fitness. The Pandemic did not win out here! It is an awesome place with great coaches.

I love this place! Shifted has won my heart. Since the very first day EVERYONE was extremely professional and welcoming. I never felt like an outcast for being new to CrossFit. In fact, every class had an awesome coach (very motivating) and great modifications if you are just starting out on your CrossFit journey. I must say my favorite class of all is the burn. I feel like jello when I leave but inside I feel damn good!

Melissa and Adam have been helping our family and especially our younger athletes build on their fitness with warm, fun loving activity!!! My kids enjoy the competition and these two amazing fitness instructors make it so much fun the kids barely know they are working towards their goals! It’s just FUN!!! Love having them train us and wouldn’t go anywhere else! I wish I could give them 10 stars!

Shifted Fitness is one terrific crossfit gym! I dropped in during a week long stay in Palm Desert and each workout that week was well planned and challenging. The staff and members are quite friendly and helpful. One member even stopped his truck to root me on by name during the run portion of a workout! I am very impressed by their organized fitness program and willingness to clearly set out modifications to customize the WODs for all levels of abilities. In my nearly 10 years of cross fitting, these coaches and this facility for me rank among the best!

I love this gym. The community here is very inclusive and welcoming. I feel appreciated and encouraged that I am doing my best and the trainers are sensitive towards my needs and taking the time to show me how I can improve. They also know how to give me the space I need also during the workouts. The members are also encouraging and welcoming. I have fallen in love with Crossfit and Shifted is a big reason why. I highly recommend coming here!

I have been doing CrossFit for 18 months when I dropped in on Meghan and her team when visiting from Canada. From the beginning they make you feel like one of the gang and also the coaching is unbelievable. For example trying ring muscle ups for 6 months. Megan spent about 12 minutes with me and I got my first one. She's a beast.

This is the best crossfit gym I have been to. The coaches are truly outstanding. They are very personable and take great care to make each class fun while constantly pushing each person to do their best and improve day in and day out.
