I can’t express how much of a relief it has been to find Roofserve. Works completed within a few days after I received the very good detailed quote. I’ve had a very bad experience previously with a roof repair that has caused multiple leaks due to not being done right. Jamie and his work partner (sorry can’t remember his name) have so much experience, knowledge and really know what they’re doing. So happy with the work carried out and feel confident the leak is sorted once and for all. The materials + methods used are good quality and no corners cut. Prompt to give a quote and diagnose the problems, arrived to carry out the work when they said they would, went above and beyond to do an excellent job. Always came on time and were pleasant and friendly. They tidied up after each day leaving a safe yard. There were no problems when extra work needed doing, keeping us informed of cost etc. Will definitley recommend to friends and family.

We called Jamie to come out to look at a leak we have had recurring issues with over a number of year, weve had 2 other roofers come and attempt to fix it but were unsuccessful. Jamie & matt came out an gave us an honest opinion and a reasonable quote. We took them up on their quote in September and are relieved we did after all the bad weather we have had since. Not a single damp patch in the living room wall we would usually expect this time of year. Very pleased with the work and its always a bonus to have tradesman who are clean and tidy. Jamie made an inspection visit and provided a competitive quote with alternatives. The crew arrived for the job when promised and completed a ridge removal and reinstatement plus removal of moss and gutter clean. The work was completed quickly and professionally. A bonus was photographs of the work in progress and on completion. We have recommended them to a neighbour.

Roofserve Ltd came out to assess the work needed to be carried out on my property straight away due to it being an emergency leak. After they provided a detailed quotation I was happy for them to carry out the work and I'm very pleased with the outcome.
