We recently had new A/C, heating and duct work installed by Encore. Our unit went out during the recent heat wave and didn't think we would be able to get help right away.Encore was there to help us with stellar service from beginning to end. They came quickly for an inspection. Then we were given a quote and installation followed the next two days.We were so impressed with the superior level of customer service by everyone that came to our home. They were all so respectful, hard working and thorough. We even received a beautiful gift from the company after the work was completed. To top it off they sent Jake, a supervisor to do a final inspection a walk thru.We would like to thank everyone . Ryan showed up on time. He was super helpful and explained what I was looking at as the camera was inspecting our homes main line to our septic tank. He also gave me some ideas and suggestions on what to do or what service may help with hot water issue. Super nice and friendly service! Highly recommend!

They were great, very responsive and professional. We had a water heater that started spraying out water. We did not discover the problem until evening. It was an emergency situation. They came out, capped off the water supply, and installed a new water heater. Five stars for Matt. You did a great job. Thank you. Highly recommend.

Jacob, the service tech, was on time, he identified himself and started his evaluation. Before he started he advised me of the process. He checked the a/c unit outside and went into the attic to service the heating unit. After he completed his service and evaluation we sat down and went over his findings. His evaluation was through. Lastly, he advised me of the Membership program and joined the Encore family. I highly recommend Encore for your HVAC service.
