This was my first time using this company and they were fantastic. Our garage door wouldn’t close so I googled garage door repair companies. This company was highly rated so I gave them a call. The gentleman on the phone was so helpful. I explained my situation and asked if there was anyone who could come out today. He put me on hold and came back quickly to tell me someone would be there between noon and 1. I couldn’t believe they could get out this soon and give me a short window, not a, someone will be there between 1 & 5. Stephen came to our house and quickly discovered the problem and resolved it quickly. He explained what he did and even made our garage door open and close quietly, which has not happen the three years we have lived in this new house. I would recommend this company to anyone having garage door issues.

I regret having to say Ace Garage wasn’t my first effort to get my garage doors repaired. I was given a number to a company that had done some work for a relative. That turned out to out to be very unproductive. After a couple of weeks of no response after sending pictures of the necessary work, I called and was told the parts were unavailable.A Google search brought up several companies. I live in a rural area about fifty miles from cities with door companies, so I wasn’t expecting to have much luck. To my surprise, my initial phone call to Ace was met with total professionalism. A young lady took down the pertinent info, and before the day ended, I received an email telling me when I could expect a technician., which was only a couple of days away. Because I had not sent photographs, I really wasn’t expecting the work to be done on the intial visit. I wasn’t home, but my brother said technician arrived on schedule and was able to make the necessary repairs in a timely fashion. ACE is the ONLY number I will call for any garage door work in the future.
