I was on the fence about spending nearly $500 to replace seals and have the garage door checked but I am glad I did. The door now seals much better and springs were adjusted to reduce load in the opener. I now have much more confidence in my garage door.

Very nice young service tech. Explained everything he would be doing and did not try to sell me a bunch of extra parts.I was really surprised how fast they responded to my problem. I called at 7:00!am and they were here by 9:30 and finished repairs by 10:30 am.Highly recommend ACE.
