After 13 years away from the gym, I was very intimidated to come back.But this has been such a positive experience. The environment is welcoming and supportive. They write my workouts for me, guide me through each session, and help correct my form in a way that feels encouraging.The biggest win for me, I don’t have to think about what I’m doing. I show up, and my trainer takes me through the plan. That structure has completely removed the overwhelm and made me actually look forward to going.I’m so grateful I took the step.

Love IronTribe! I’ve never been athletic or fit and at 60 years old I was concerned about joining a gym. I wanted it to be challenging but not overwhelming, fun, and something I didn’t dread doing. I have experienced all of that and then some but the surprise is that I have found a community and made friends. After 4 months I feel so much stronger and healthier and have gained lean muscle and decreased fat, including visceral fat. If you’re considering getting fit, don’t hesitate! It’s life changing.

I like the environment. It feels safe to be a beginner or to be vulnerable in starting over in my journey. I also value the workouts and the coaches leading it. I feel challenged by the workouts but in a short amount of time, I can see how my stamina has increased.

the staff is really good and knowledgeable like nothing i've ever seen in a gym. The classes are challenging, but not so completely defeating that one dreads showing up every day. The workouts vary enough to keep it interesting over time. I also really like that you repeat the same workout for about 3 weeks and can see improvement from week to week. Then move onto a new workout and start over again. Facility is very clean and nice. Fellow class members are awesome. The workouts address both general strength as well as aerobic fitness. There is really good nutritional support and the on-going inbody analysis allows an empirical way to track progress in body composition and metabolic health.
