This company is as close to perfect--maybe perfect, actually--as any I have ever known. There is so much to say about them! A family member of mine had been ill for a long time. He was in the ICU and I immediately flew to Florida, renting the same condo I had the year before. However this time it was infested with fleas which were lethal for my older dog with serious health issues to begin with, not to mention how impossible it was for me to live with them especially while having to be at the hospital day and night. I called McDonald Pest Control upon recommendation. Maria in the office was able to get a specialist in the field to call me immediately, and when he could not come for a day or so (which would not work for me), she contacted Robert Gray who came the very next morning. Robert was an expert. He was as professional as he was kind, thorough and patient--taking the time to answer all of my questions and anticipated ones as well. Ridding an environment of fleas is a painstaking, two-step process over two weeks. Patience is necessary! I don't have a lot so I called in the middle of it all on a Sunday. The office was closed but someone picked up the voicemail message and routed it to Robert who called me within minutes, allaying any of my fears about what I was seeing (all part of the eradication process). When he came to complete the job the following week, again he was beyond professional and had great generosity of time and spirit. He remembered to ask about my family member in the hospital. He could not do enough for me. I had also spoken with Dawn in the office at one point, and it seems the entire team is one cohesive, hard-working, extremely accommodating, highly professional group. The fleas are gone--almost to the day Robert said they would be. I cannot recommend this company enough on all fronts. If I could, I'd name a street after McDonald Pest Control.
