Shumaker Roofing replaced my roof approximately 2 years ago. The communication was perfect, I knew what they were doing and when. When the job was completed I was extremely happy with it. A few weeks after, they came back to check the roof and ended up replacing multiple shingles that they said they were not happy with. Not being a professional roofer I did not see any issues but they did and I feels that shows the integrity of the company. They did the job quickly and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. If you need a roof I would recommend this company.

After having roof damage from winter storms Don Stillwagon came out and inspected in great detail. Together Tyler Schisler and Don gave me several estimates. I decided whole roof replacement. He walked me through everything in detail.The roofing crew was amazing. Efficient, organized, detail oriented. Very nice crew. Cleanup was perfect. Don Stillwagon was the project manager for my roof in Waynesboro. I can't say enough good things. The communication was great, and his crew's craftsmanship was excellent. Most of all though, Don was patient and understanding. The job took twice as long as he was expecting, but he showed no signs of frustration and was more than fair on the price. If you need a roof done around Waynesboro, Don is your guy.

The team was professional, responsive, friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and they truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was done to the highest standard and to make sure we understood the process every step of the way.What stood out most was outstanding communication and quick response times. Don was with us every step of the way. Since our repair was wrapping up right before Christmas, he made sure to put us in the great care of Tyler (the owner of the company) to be available for us while he was traveling to his family for the holidays. Tito came out and did a roof repair for me, he was very professional on time and made sure my roof repair was complete before he left. I would absolutely recommend Shumaker to anyone in VA looking for a roof repair, quality work and great service team.
