Those guys at shumaker are great!!! I talked and text with Tyler on numerous occasions which is the owner of shumaker and even met him in person. Great guy straightforward and down to earth would do anything for you. And his project manager Don stillwagon is the greatest, a real hard worker, he went up on my roof and thoroughly inspected it and then went up in my attic and did the same thing, and it was hot as you know what that day sweat was pouring off of that poor guy. But he said it doesn't matter because he loves his job. And half of the other estimators I had out here never even got on the roof. I can't say enough about shumaker roofing, love them guys.....

Great experience with Schumaker Roofing from start to finish. Our project manager, Don Stillwagon, was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from Day 1. I’ll admit I was a hard sell—I’ve dealt with companies in the past that didn’t follow through—but Don earned my trust.I was especially impressed with their knowledge of the insurance process and their communication throughout it. They documented additional work with detailed photos, helped connect the dots with insurance, and made the entire process much easier to navigate. They also had experience working with solar panels and were able to handle the removal and reinstallation internally, which was a huge help and one less thing I had to coordinate.I initially reached out because Schumaker is veteran-owned, and I’m glad I did. I also had the opportunity to meet the owner, Tyler, a fellow Navy veteran and a great guy. He was there the day the work started, and both he and Don were always just a text or phone call away.Family-owned, veteran-owned, great communication, fair and transparent pricing along with great attention to detail. They definitely earned my 5 stars!

We had a residential roof installed over 10 years ago and paid a tiny bit extra for extended warranty coverage. We just didn't want to have to worry about it. And recently, they stood by that warranty 100%!So when the roof in our sunroom started leaking during driving rains, we called Shumaker Roofing to get it checked. Tito thoroughly replaced the failing seal with newer materials that should hold up much longer.It's great to do business with a company that stands behind their work.

Shumaker Roofing replaced my roof approximately 2 years ago. The communication was perfect, I knew what they were doing and when. When the job was completed I was extremely happy with it. A few weeks after, they came back to check the roof and ended up replacing multiple shingles that they said they were not happy with. Not being a professional roofer I did not see any issues but they did and I feels that shows the integrity of the company. They did the job quickly and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. If you need a roof I would recommend this company.

After having roof damage from winter storms Don Stillwagon came out and inspected in great detail. Together Tyler Schisler and Don gave me several estimates. I decided whole roof replacement. He walked me through everything in detail.The roofing crew was amazing. Efficient, organized, detail oriented. Very nice crew. Cleanup was perfect. Don Stillwagon was the project manager for my roof in Waynesboro. I can't say enough good things. The communication was great, and his crew's craftsmanship was excellent. Most of all though, Don was patient and understanding. The job took twice as long as he was expecting, but he showed no signs of frustration and was more than fair on the price. If you need a roof done around Waynesboro, Don is your guy.
