Shumaker installed the roof on my townhouse in 2014 so when the roof vent for the furnace developed a leak I called them to see if they could help me with it. Like with the roof they did, it was a very good experience. I got the roof tune up service because the roof really had not been inspected since it was installed and this included repair to the leaky roof vent. Jon Thompson the production manager came and did a very thorough examination inside and out and provided a photo documentation of the roof, flashing, vents, gutters and the fix he did. The information he provided is very valuable to me because I cannot get up on the roof to inspect it. He’s very personable, answered all my questions and discussed future fixes should they be needed as well as other work like new gutters that I am interested in. I was very satisfied with the work he did and by the way the roof has held up very well since installation.
