I have a townhouse w/ a 15 year old roof that has leaked once already. Few roofing companies on the Eastern Shore will bother to inspect a residential roof, if replacement is not immediately required. However, Dan Stedman of Yellowfin Roofing was generous enough to inspect and photograph my roof via drone, then provide a condition report FREE. Mr. Stedman did not in any way pressure me to purchase a new roof. But he did provide me with helpful information. When I do replace my roof, I expect to use Yellowfin.

We put a new roof on the house right before selling. Had an outstanding experience with Yellowfin through the entire process. Dan Steadman did a great job explaining the process and the condition of the current roof, explained the materials, selections and warranties. We had a major roof leak during the last rain storm in early April. Dan came out and did a thorough inspection of our roof both inside from our attic and from the outside with his drone. He gave us a bid for replacing our roof that was very reasonable. Because Yellowfin Roofing couldnt get to our roof for a couple of weeks Dan had his crew come out and tarp our roof to protect it from further leaks until they could do the actual roof replacement. The roof was replaced yesterday and it looks fantastic. His crew was fast, efficient and they cleaned up everything before they left.

We needed a new roof as well as an entirely new gutter system. Dan contacted us quickly and sat down with us to go over materials and cost as well as a promise of complete clean up of the site; “it would be as if they had never been there”. Their quote came in right where we thought it should and where we needed it to be! Liam and his amazing crew cruised smoothly through Demo day…it was fast and chaotic (I thought for sure there is no way we are not going to have some amount of clean up to do ourselves after it); the job and clean up were thorough. The following day was Install day…it too was extremely smooth; their workmanship was on point; the quality of the roof and gutters are more than we could have asked for. And as far as clean up goes…we did not have to lift a finger. All the nails were picked up. Accidental smudges on our white porch railings were hand cleaned. Oh, and they even reroofed our little shed in the back so it matched the house! We cannot say enough about the entire process and experience. We highly recommend Yellowfin!!!!

I recently had my roof done with this company and learned a lot of how to install a drip edge the proper way. Yellowfin came out and replaced my roof and then I had another company come out to replace the facia. When doing the job the found that over half the old facia had nails in it from the roofers installing the drip edge wrong. To install the new facia some of the newly installed drip edge had to be tore out. After learning this I called the foreman of job and he said absolutely the drip edge should have been nailed into the plywood and not the drip edge. Its been 3 weeks and the company has been back once and have not finished. After leaving multiple messages I am at a loss here. So I will attach some pictures.Update: The company has reached out and came out to address my concerns. They made all the necessary fixes to all the drip edge. I was very satisfied of end result.

Yellowfin was hard at work at our home for two straight days. We needed to get ridge vents installed and needed to get our soffits opened up. Everyone at Yellowfin from consultation to communication to delivery was excellent to deal with. The sales consultant was a great human being who took the time to explain my options, make recommendations, and was transparent. He was not trying to over-sell me for solutions I did not need. We had about 22 windows replaced and Yellowfin did an amazing job. The windows are perfect. They open and close very smoothly, the fit into the existing space is precise and the design makes them easy to clean. The installation was completed impeccably. We have dark wood trim in our house and they even took the time to find molding that matches perfectly. Their sales person Dan, responds very quickly to any questions or concerns.
