I would not recommend this business based on their communication and professionalism.I received a marketing email from Aureus Financial with the subject line “Nagging Wifey/Husby,” which I found inappropriate for a company presenting itself as a provider of financial and business advice. The content relied on outdated stereotypes and trivialised relationship dynamics in a way that felt unnecessary and poorly judged.I provided respectful, considered feedback outlining my concerns. The response I received was dismissive and did not address any of the points raised, instead doubling down on their approach.Communication style reflects judgement. If this is how feedback is handled, it raises concerns about how clients would be treated.Based on this experience, I would not feel confident engaging their services.
