Bull Run was referred to us by our realtor after some bad storms came through and dropped significant hail. The owner, Shane, came out and was extremely professional, courteous and thorough. We did a walk around on the property and he pointed out everything he looks at and gave me an assessment and immediate feedback, he then got up and checked the roof, provided pictures to point out what he inspected. As it turns out, we got lucky and there wasn’t any damage but the attention to detail and time spent explaining his process was fantastic. Had Shawn look at our 16 yo roof. He said we have some damage and would eventually need a new roof. He was very nice and knowledgeable. I liked the fact that he was not pushy at all and very friendly. We will definitely use him when it’s time for a new roof.
