I am a bit behind on dropping a review for this wonderful team. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. In June I received an unexpected phone call from the local Police Department to inform me that a semi truck driver thought taking a 53' semi with a reefer unit down the residential road I live on (posted signs that no trucks are to go that route). With this he hit the power line that crossed the road in which snapped the power pole closest to my house, ripped the power out of my house and damaged one of my trucks in driveway. With this damage I needed a roofing company mid day on a Friday to come install an extension on my roof for the new power line to be connected to restore power to my entire house. I called HANDFULS of people. All told me, "man that sucks, but I don't have time." I understand, I am asking a lot. As it again was a Friday afternoon, this is roofers busy season, and we recently had some gnarly storms. Then I remembered seeing reviews for Bull Run on local swaps giving them praise so I shot them a call. The owner answered immediately, super friendly and listened to my shit storm of a day. I am not going to lie I broke down crying. From the stress, gavi to deal with this mess while at work, being pissed at the at the "professional" driver for making such a stupid mistake that not only caused damage to my house but also my truck I have been building for years, and overall just being one of those moments of "damn it is always something" the owner was amazing. He didn't get frustrated, upset, or short with me. Instead he was understanding, accommodating and said, "hey give me 10 minutes, I am not gonna lie we are slammed, really don't have time exactly, but I feel terrible and can tell this really has you stresses. Let me make a call and I will call you right back" He did what he said and called me back. Between him and his employee willing to go the extra mile they got us taking care of on their day off to help get power back to my house so I didn't lose two freezers full of meat (god in this economy 😫) and most importantly I knew my children and animals would get to come home after I got off work that Saturday to have electricity and AC in a timely fashion. Hands down recommend these top notch individuals. They were straight forward, no BULL SHIT, up front folks. Real old school small town company feel that lacks these days drastically anymore and hard to find. Very pleased with everything, and they got it locked for any future work I may need in their field of service. Again, thank you guys so much, my family and I appreciate it more than you know.

When we called Shane about a leak, he was prompt in coming out to check out our roof. He didn’t hesitate to get up on the roof and in the attic to fully diagnose the issue. He was honest -didn’t try to upsell us in to buying a new roof that we didn’t need. He was back in a few days to fix the small issue we had. He’s friendly, kind, and a family man. What a great experience with Bull Run! We’ll certainly be calling him when we do need a new roof!

Although the water leak we had is still a bit of a mystery Shane looked at every possibility and did not charge us for the inspection! Shane at Bull Run Roofing did a wonderful job of replacing my roof after wind, hail, and falling tree limb damage, which occurred after a severe thunderstorm. High quality shingles were used. He made sure that soffit and fascia damage was also repaired. Any debris from the project were removed in a timely manner.

My smaller split level home needed roof replacement after a hail storm hit the Northland in March 2026. My realtor recommended Bull Run Roofing, so I gave them a call. Shane and Jason were very responsive and quick to return messages. Their pricing was competitive and their crew worked fast. At least half the homes on my street replaced their roofs with various roofing contractors, but none worked as fast as Bull Run. They started at 7am and the last vehicle pulled out of my driveway by 12:30pm. I would definitely recommend Shane and Jason for any future roof repairs.
