My smaller split level home needed roof replacement after a hail storm hit the Northland in March 2026. My realtor recommended Bull Run Roofing, so I gave them a call. Shane and Jason were very responsive and quick to return messages. Their pricing was competitive and their crew worked fast. At least half the homes on my street replaced their roofs with various roofing contractors, but none worked as fast as Bull Run. They started at 7am and the last vehicle pulled out of my driveway by 12:30pm. I would definitely recommend Shane and Jason for any future roof repairs.

Bull Run was referred to us by our realtor after some bad storms came through and dropped significant hail. The owner, Shane, came out and was extremely professional, courteous and thorough. We did a walk around on the property and he pointed out everything he looks at and gave me an assessment and immediate feedback, he then got up and checked the roof, provided pictures to point out what he inspected. As it turns out, we got lucky and there wasn’t any damage but the attention to detail and time spent explaining his process was fantastic. Shane and his crew were awesome. They did an amazing job on the install, even fixing up some broken rafters and bad sheeting like it was no problem. I’ve never seen a roofing contractor do such a great job on the cleanup after completion. I couldn’t find any nails or trash at all, which to me is unheard of. They earned a customer for life!
