Andrea tailored a personal training program to specifically help me prepare for climbing high altitude volcanoes in Ecuador. Her structured program gave me the fitness, strength and endurance I needed to carry my own pack, move efficiently over mountainous terrain, endure continuous uphill movement for hours, and have the strength to get back down safely. With her guidance, I was able to summit 6 volcanoes up to 19,347 feet and am looking forward to the next climb.
