Leiland was so kind and helpful! He actually came to my house to help me get everything set up! My spouse had just passed away, and a hail storm did alot of damage to my cars. So it was a difficult time and Leiland was so compassionate and helpful. I really didn't have to do much, they took care of everything and walked me through the process. It did not feel like a business transaction at all. My cars both look great, they took such detailed care of them and updated me through the entire process. I will always recommend this company!!

It was great working with John Hernandez. He took care of everything- from picking up the car, dropping off the rental, and scheduling with the insurance. He also a friendly person who is very responsive to texts and excellent at giving updates on ETAs. Overall, I can't think of any way the process could have been smoother because he basically took care of everything. I would highly recommend John if you want an easy and hassle free experience.

Monday 4/27/26 hail hits in Garland.Tuesday 4/28/26 talk to Leland (becomes primary contact)Thursday 4/30/26 truck picked up by them at my house by V from the company.Monday 5/4/26 Allstate approves.Thursday 5/7/26 truck is delivered to me back at my house by V from the company.7 day turn around very pleased.Damage was 4478, my deductible 1k. (They covered it)The fact, I didn’t have to drive it to a shop is what I like. Have a 6 month pregnant wife, a 6 year old in elementary, and a 1 year old. Last thing I need is to have my wife assist me instead of the kids or miss work due to weather. Hard to explain but not having to shift priorities from my house or work to address this means I’ll recommend them to my friends.Offered me a loaner but have another car in the garage plus wife car so no need just don’t want to be inconvenienced.
