I did a little research to ensure that Dent-pics was an established business in the area and wouldn't disappear (along with my "lifetime" warranty) before obtaining their services. They drove out to Arlington from Plano, met with me, then took my car themselves leaving me a loaner so I wouldn't be without. They kept in contact and returned every query I sent in a timely fashion. Once the work was finally approved by Insurance they were going to get me my car by June 1st. This was bad for me as I intended to car shop on May 31st and I asked if there was any way they could speed it up and complete by then. I got a call the morning of the 31st stating my car was finished. It looked amazing! That's what you call 5 star professional service. Thank you! Less
