It looked good right after the installation but after 2 months, cupping started to be seen all over the floor. Worse area has squeaking noise and bouncy floor . MAR flooring say this is because of the uneven subfloor and that’s probably true but as a floor installation company, they should have informed the customer about the subfloor issues before installing the floor and the floor has to be leveled (with extra charge) to meet the LVP manufacturing spec requirements. After all this happened , what they told me is - I need to get the subfloor fixed by another company. - the LVP material I got has a clicking system which could be failed after removing it( it could be because of the cupping too) so I need to buy most of the material again then they can offer reinstallation for free. Usually floor installation company should do floor leveling (with additional charge as/if necessary) so it was a big mistake to hire them . I should have worked with another company who take care of whole process of floor installation .i wasted a lot of money (several thousand dollars)and time . After this happened, I consulted with local reputable floor company for the repair. They took a look at it and said this is completely an installation error as the plank shouldn’t be installed on the uneven subfloor exceeding plank material flatness requirements.MAR should have informed the customer to address the subfloor issue before installing the vinyl plank. They also recommend to contact national wood flooring association to get their inspector come in and get an inspection report. Then it will clarify MAR has legal responsibility for the floor installation error. It sounds like it is obvious to other people that this floor installation was a mistake (by not stopping installation and addressing the subfloor flatness issue before moving on to installing vinyl plank)

I have never seen anyone work as fast as these guys did! And even tho they worked fast, the quality is top tier. I was looking for bids to replace 1,100 square feet of flooring in my home, and also re-install new baseboard trim. They gave me a VERY good price for this project. MAR flooring even has flooring options available! I was searching for the right vinyl plank flooring, and was having issues, so MAR flooring showed me their own samples, I chose one, and they got to work! Within 2 days, they had my old flooring removed (laminate), hauled off, the new flooring installed, and new baseboards cut/installed. They also worked around some furniture I had in my house. They showed up on time, and completed the job on time. They were also great with my very obnoxious dogs being in the house. So that was a huge plus. I would hire them again!

Mozair and team are best. He upgraded our floors and bath. Very pleasant experience from the quote to answering any questions / concerns / advise for purchasing material. He was able to finish the work in the original timelines he mentioned while the scope increased when they were at home. The floor and bath looks amazing.They are very courteous and punctual. Everyday they were before time and very good with kids, pets and exceptional in their work. All the small small curves and edges which they took care of without asking.I would hire them without a blink of eye. Mozair made sure that he took care of all of all the things after 2-3 days as well. Great experience working with them.
