We bought a hog and a quarter of beef. The beef was great but we were really disappointed in the pork. Brats, sausages & chops all went to waste as there just was an unpleasant flavor to them. Some of the larger cuts were pretty good when slow cooked and/ or smoked. We did like the bacon.Overall we just would not do the hog again as there was so much we just did not like.

First time ever purchasing bulk meat. My sister recommended Little Blue’s Farm to us, and I am sooo thankful. Adam was very professional and considerate when dealing with our order and delivery. We had some hick up’s-On Our End-as our freezer quit working. Adam and the delivery company was very accommodating with our delivery schedule. The meat is phenomenal (beef and pork), knowing I am giving my family healthy meat, is important to me. And they have free delivery!! What’s not to love?!?!? We will definitely be a returning customers!!

The quality is superior to the grocery store! And have to mention the absolutely BEAUTIFUL turkey breast I served at Thanksgiving. Never thought I would describe a turkey breast as beautiful. Cooked up even and delicious. Also a big fan or their sirloin, chicken sticks, whole chicken, and ground beef! Highly recommended.
