The technician Andrew was very nice and knowledgeable about our dryer and came in a timely manner. 4 out of 5 because they had to come back twice but they were very easy to deal with and fair prices. I would recommend and use again.

You know a professional when they arrive at your door. Asked the questions. Listened patiently while I stumbled my way through what I thought was the problem. Then got right to work. Turns out there wasn’t a problem with my washer. But the dryer pump needed a good clean. That was the problem. He did what needed doing. Efficient. Quick. Tidy. I paid, it wasn’t earth shattering. Wouldn’t know he’d even been, except everything works at it should now. Highly recommend.
