Yuri Elchishchev is the man!Real professional - Came in did he diagnosis in under 20mins. He clearly explained the challenge with the solution. Provided a qoute for the part required and the cost to return. When the part arrived he confirmed best time to come and install, also done in under 20mins. He is a senior technician for a reason. Very lovely to chat with would be great to have him over for a drink and learn more about him as he fixed the problem before we could get chatting.
