After I contacted Jomo pool they sent Charlie to evaluate why my pool pump and salt cell weren’t working. As I assumed one of the recent lightning strikes in the neighborhood must have scrambled the controller. He was able to get it working well enough for me to take a planned road trip and I will be upgrading the system as soon as I get home. Charlie was very friendly and personable and I hope he’ll be the tech to upgrade the system when I get back.

Justin with JOMO Pool Services always takes great care of our pool. He goes the extra mile to make sure we are happy with our service and all of our questions are answered. And I love that they send a detailed report out after every service, even sending proof our screen doors/ gates have been closed which is a huge stress reliever as we have dogs. 10/10 would recommend.
