Do not hire Jomo pool service. Their customer service and maintenance people are the worst. They never answer the phone when you call and take 3+ days to return a call. They broke the valve on our spa during a cleaning and didn’t say anything. When we went to use our spa that night they said it wore out and needed to be replaced. Charged us $500 for the job. It took them a week to get us a quote and then we had to follow up with them for another 2 weeks to get someone to come out to fix the valve. Most recently they told me our salt cell went out and needed to be replaced for $2,000 after a MONTH of low chlorine readings. We have had a lot of rain recently and the pH levels were extremely high. We had a second company come out to inspect and confirm it was the salt cell. Glad we did! Discovered JoMo had not been cleaning the salt cell properly and just dumping additional chlorine into our pool instead of balancing the pH levels. This company will scam you! Do not hire them for maintenance or repair.

I had Jomo install a new INTELLIFLO3 pump today and the tech Tyler was a boss and installed it in the rain and he did a great job. Everything runs great I can't even hear it when it is running. Thanks, Jomo and Tyler for taking care of my pool. The Grand kids thank you.
